| Preparing meals for her family on the beach in South Carolina is where Lisa Dupar's culinary skills first took root. Her days were spent crabbing and shrimping on the back creeks of Edisto Island with her grandfather.
After training abroad with Swiss Chefs across Europe Lisa returned to the states and was given the opportunity to open the Palm Court Restaurant in the Seattle Westin Hotel. It was with this appointment that she became the first female Chef for Westin International.
